With over 10 years of experience in helping people grow and change, I’ve learned the skills of listening, understanding, and helping you create options for your desired outcomes. My clients range from 18 to 81, though I can work with any adult who is without significant cognitive deficits.

I’ve helped clients become motivated to exercise more, change eating habits, increase their positivity, balance caregiving and self-care, tackle cleaning out their home, transition to independent living, make the most of available resources, and many other things.

Jody Schnurrenberger
Founder / Coach ​

Jody is a coach who works with adults of all ages, but she specializes in older adults.
She loves life-long learning, traveling, and trying new things.


Education
Bachelor’s in Psychology from Auburn University
Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California
Master’s in Gerontology from University of Southern California
PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies, Life Coaching Track from Regent University (in progress)
